Pacific Coast Apartments
Mental Health Facility
96 Bed Facility

As they are a part of The Coast Mental Health Association Society, Pacific Coast Apartments offers multiple services; with a focus on mental illness, rehabilitation and community reintegration. The building comprises of 96 units over 9 floors, and is primarily intended for homeless and homeless at risk residents.
The facility has separate spaces for young adults, women and individuals who need more supervision. The development of multiple colour schemes helped define these different spaces, while appropriate finishes and products were specified to contribute to the LEED Gold Certification. AGA designed a complete furniture package for PCA, inclusive of custom millwork designs and window coverings. Along with specialty lighting, AGA succeeded in designing a safe, comfortable space for future residents of the facility.

"...multiple colour schemes helped define these different spaces."
